With more than 30 years in the carpet industry, there is very little that Israr has not experienced first-hand about the knit and nuance in the carpet designing space.

He began his joy ride in the carpet world as a sales person for a carpet store in Mumbai. But his passion for carpets and design soon took him on varied journeys in the exploration of the finer aspects of carpet designing.

Till date, his sound knowledge of the production aspect allows him to create masterpieces that factor in the feasibility challenges of the carpet industry. And as he likes to put it, ‘A good carpet design should have as much the feminine detail of design, as it must, a perfect blend of colours.
